V O I C E was founded by Charles Rudy in 2004 in honor of his girlfriend Dr. Marilyn Varadi, who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer that year.

Our "SYMBOL OF HOPE" is a sculpture created by Florida sculptor, Will Grant and is entitled "RIBBONS". It's ever changing colors, depending on the refraction of light, represent the excitement of life and as it reaches upward it represents our hope for the future.
